I love Grand Central Station. It’s meant to be walked through slowly — despite what the guy behind me thinks. The light comes screaming in though the big windows in a different way every day. The sunlight brings out the brilliant green of the cieling and the gold trim reflects beautifully. The colors, though beautiful, distract the eye from the shapes.
I walked through today on the way to a portrait shoot, and had to take stop to take a few frames. Today, I’m just sharing the shapes, and just a hint of the color.
Note to self… go back there, spend an hour or two shooting.
